The Primary School Award

The Investor in Careers Primary School Award provides a clear framework to support the development of effective career learning from a Primary perspective.

The Investor in Careers Primary School Award recognises excellence in developing thinking about personal qualities, learning about work and job roles, raising aspirations and preparing primary age pupils for the next stage of their education.

As a Licensed Awarding Body for the National Quality in Careers Standard, Investor in Careers has developed the Primary Award to benefit Primary schools but also to contribute positively to the achievement of the Standard and Gatsby Charitable Foundation Benchmarks as well as Ofsted requirements for educational institutions and Multi Academy Trusts linked to Primary schools.
